• Christopher Martin, 50, of Paul Street in East Haven is charged with driving under the Influence.
• Amanda Fleming, 29, of Justice Street in Stratford is charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
• Brendan Pawliszga, 31, of Hill Street in Milford is charged with driving under the influence and evading responsibility.
• Morgan Gallagher, 23, of Hill Street in Milford is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Robert Ward, 45, of Central Avenue in Bridgeport is charged with two counts of third-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.
• Lehman Blackmon, 43, of Orchard Street in New Haven is charged with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, two counts of interfering with an officer, two counts of breach of peace, possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics, third-degree robbery, two counts of fourth-degree larceny, and fifth-degree larceny.
• Taneesha Barnes, 37, of Locust Street in Waterbury is charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics, and conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics.
• Thomas Kazynski, 61, of Mary Ellen Drive is charged with second-degree harassment.
• Donald Harris, 24, of Hazel Street in New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny.
• Garry Workman, 67, of Boston Post Road in Milford is charged with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, and failure to pay or plead.
