• Nicholas Goerig, 41, of Summit Avenue in Milford is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Muhammet Ozyagci, 22, and Mert Ozyagci, 21, both of Ocean Avenue in West Haven are charged with reckless driving, second-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.
• Kassandra Reillo, 27, of Park Avenue in Milford is charged with violation of a protective order.
• John Porter, 43, of Foxwood Close in Milford is charged with disorderly conduct.
