• Deshawn Thomas, 27, of Thompson Street in East Haven is charged with two counts of risk of injury.
• Nicolas Donofrio, 59, of Hill Street in Shelton is charged with breach of peace.
• Daniella Solati, 31, of Field Court in Milford is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
• Efrain Torresm, 66, of E 155th Street, Bronx, NY is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Jeffrey Yu, 25, of Wilson Street in Milford is charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment.
