• Bobby Snell, 40, of Edgefield Avenue is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
• Ahmad Pasha, 41, of Sigwin Drive is charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.
• Ronald Birmingham, 37, of Gulf Street is charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, interfering with an officer.
• Charles Ward, 60, of Cinnamon Road is charged with disorderly conduct.
• Kashem Douglas, 30, of East Pearl Street in New Haven and Alex Lawrence, 28, of Park Street in New Haven are charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Douglas is also charged with possession of a shoplifting device.
• Timothy Maloney, 54, of Shagbark Lane is charged with breach of peace, fourth-degree sexual assault, and public indecency.
• Michael Esposito, 45 of E Broadway in Stratford is charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.
• Shamar Adams, 21, of Brooklyn, NY is charged with first-degree larceny.
• Michael Anastasio, 32, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Rebecca Cobin, 21, of Meadowside Road is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Mario Delbrocco, 71, of Willow Street is charged with third-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening, and assault of an elderly person.
