• Ruby James, 50, of Tremont Street in Ansonia is charged with violation of a protective order.
• Terrell Burruss, 36, of Atwater Street in New Haven is charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and violation of a protective order.
• Sally Douglas, 30, of Blake Street in New Haven is charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
• Caitlin O’Callahan, 36, of Alling Avenue in Woodbridge is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Kathleen Demonte, 61, of Eaton Avenue in Meriden is charged with driving under the influence.
• Lisa Kelley, 37, of Cannon Gate Way in Wallingford is charged with second-degree breach of peace.
