January News at the Library!

We hope everyone had some time to rest up over the holidays, because our January calendar is FULL of programs tor adults, teens and children. The adult programs include an afternoon of jazz, discussions on the Holocaust and retirement planning, crafting, a genealogy workshop and more! We are pleased to announce a new program series in partnership with the Milford Education Foundation - the first program focuses on preparing for the college search.

The Young Adult Department is focused on career exploration. We will have visits from the ACES Educational Center for the Arts, an Armed Forces Fair, and a program to help you navigate the newest FAFSA filing process.

Our Children's Department continues their "Fans of Fiction" series, this month's topic is Avatar, the Last Airbender. Which nation do you belong to - Earth, Air Fire, or Water? Whether you are a fan of the television series or books, come learn more about this popular title.
