Milford Snow Storm Update: Garbage Pickup, Parking Ban And More
Milford officials released an update on several changes due to the winter storm that is expected to drop a foot of snow on the city.

MILFORD, CT — As crews continue to respond to the winter storm, all City of Milford buildings will be closed to the public as of noon today, buildings are expected to reopen to the public tomorrow, officials said.
In addition, Garbage and Recycling pickup for Tuesday, Feb. 2 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb. 3.
Impacted residents are asked to place totes at the curb prior to the 6 a.m. pickup on Wednesday, Feb. For any questions, please contact the Milford Department of Public Works: 203-783-3265.

As crews continue to clear the streets, the Alternate Side of the Street Parking Ban remains in effect until 8 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 3. Off-street parking should be utilized whenever possible.
Residents are also reminded that they are responsible for shoveling snow and ice from their sidewalks and property, including fire hydrants.
