The parade will kick off at 1:00pm at the Parsons Complex on West Main Street, featuring a spectacular lineup of floats, marching bands, dancers, and community groups. Highlights of the event include performances by traditional Irish dancers, live music from local bands, and appearances by special guests. The parade route will be adorned with green decorations, creating a festive atmosphere for all attendees.

We are honored to announce that **Maureen Murphy Moore** will serve as the Grand Marshal for this year's parade. Maureen has been a proud member of the Irish Heritage Society of Milford since its inception, serving on boards and chairing several committees over the years. She shared, "I think my Irish father would have been pleased that I have helped to foster Irish culture in this area. And my Italian mother would have, too! For many years, my dear friend Maureen Coyne Richetelli and I carried the IHSM banner, leading our contingent in the Milford St. Patrick?s Day parade. We loved doing that so much, seeing all the beautiful families gathered along the parade route. I?m truly humbled and honored to have been selected as the 2025 Grand Marshal, and I will joyfully carry Maureen?s spirit with me that day."

Michael McCabe, Chief Organizer of the Parade Committee, added, "Maureen Moore has been a backbone of our Milford Irish community for almost two decades. She has always been a great supporter of the Parade, and the Committee is happy to honor her in this fashion."

Local businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate and showcase their support for the community.

The Saint Patrick's Day Parade is a free event, open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to wear green and join in the celebration. For more information, including parade route details and volunteer opportunities, please visit the Parade's Facebook Page or contact Michael McCabe at 203-882-9983.
