Milford Woman Uses 'Racial Slurs' At Restaurant: Police

The woman is accused of assaulting a customer, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford woman is accused of using racial slurs and assaulting a customer at a local business, police said.

On March 28, police responded to the area of 54 Naugatuck Ave., Alfa's Bar and Grille, on the report of an assault that just occurred, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Kristina Pacelli, 47, of Fairview Street, who is accused of using racial slurs, police said.

"A customer who overheard the racial comments allegedly spoke up and Pacelli is accused of then assaulting the female customer and pulling her hair as she was exiting the establishment," police said in a news release.

Pacelli is charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. She was given a court date of May 10.
