MILFORD - I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 48 and 39B (7.5 miles) because of Motor Vehicle Accident (Multi Vehicle) between Exits 40 and 39B. The left and center lanes are closed. Reported Thursday, January 9 at 5:55 pm.
