Mural Completes Remodeling Process On Milford Home
The mural was used as a space breaker in renovated home.

Abbie Rabinowitz, local artist, has completed a mural for a Milford home on East Broadway Street.
The homeowner was in the process of remodeling an outside wall when a bare expanse was left. The owner did not want a window installed, so Rabinowitz suggested a mural be painted as a unique space filler, she said in a statement.
The house is in a beach neighborhood, but Rabinowitz decided to go with an idea not belonging to any particular form. The result added color and artistic curves to the outside wall, according to a prepared statement.

Elements used in the painting were borrowed from the modern artist Robert Delaunay, best known for being based off of circular patterns and musical rhythms, said Rabinowitz, who added the entire project was done in her New Haven studio.
The homeowner and neighbors alike are all very pleased with the outcome, said Rabinowitz.
