New Haven Man Held on a $25,000 Bond: MIlford Police
Milford Police say the accused was in violation of probation.
Jason Rubin, 47, of 67 Trumbull St. in New Haven was taken into custody on an active warrant for his arrest, according to police.
Rubin was charged with violation of probation and held on $25,000 bond.
