New Lease Agreement Announced For Milford

MILFORD, CT — Michael Richetelli, President of Colonial Properties, Inc., announced the completion of the following transactions throughout New Haven County including Milford.

Richetelli represented the Landlord, General Asset Recovery, in the leasing of 3,000 +/- SF Retail/Medical space located at 968 Chapel Street, New Haven, for a six-month term. The Tenant, DOCS Urgent Care, utilized the space short term as a Covid-19 testing facility.

Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Tenant, A to Z PetShop, LLC, in the leasing of 3,200 +/- SF Retail space located at 74 Pershing Drive, Ansonia, for a five-year term. The Landlord, UB Derby I, LLC, was represented by Steven M. Dudziec and Attorney Nicholas Capuano. This is the third location in CT for A to Z PetShop.

Tony Vitti represented the Landlord, 31 Cherry Street, LLC, in the leasing of 200 +/- SF Office space located at 31 Cherry Street, Unit 105, Milford. The Tenant, a sole proprietor, was represented by Michael Ulrich of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
