The business agreed to lease a 6,000-square-foot space.
MILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, Chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, announced that Carl G. Russell has closed on the lease of 6,000 square feet at 1770 Boston Post Road.
This retail space will be occupied by Mattress Plus LLC of Waterbury. They will be selling mattresses, furniture, rugs, and related products. The tenant was represented by Richard Schnider of True Commercial Real Estate in Westport, and the landlord was represented by Russell.
