New Restaurant Opening At Connecticut Post Mall In Milford

MILFORD, CT — A new restaurant is opening at the Connecticut Post Mall.

Crab Du Jour is opening its newest location in Connecticut at the 1201 Boston Post Road mall.

The new restaurant will create more than 20 jobs in Milford. "Crab Du Jour is thrilled to be expanding to the Milford community," company officials said in a news release. "It is best known for its Cajun boil and bar offerings, including its signature “Du Jour” sauce."

The restaurant is expected to open soon. No exact date has been given, but a soft opening is expected in April, according to a news release.

If you're not familiar with Crab Du Jour, according to their website they say, "When you walk into our restaurant, you will be transported to a nautical oasis with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are stopping in for a business lunch, family dinner, date night, or a night out with friends, you’ve come to a perfect stop."

"Delicious home-style seafood with generous portions is what you can expect with every meal. We’re cooking up crab, crawfish, calamari, and lobster in the kitchen, made fresh daily. Not into shellfish? Try our Po’Boys, Cajun Wings, Hush Puppies, and other delicious menu options."

The restaurant has an existing location in Bridgeport and will be opening soon in Manchester and Hamden.
