WEST HAVEN, CT - B. Anne O’Connor, age 78, of West Haven and formerly of Milford, beloved wife of the late James O’Connor, entered peaceful rest on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

She was born on July 30, 1941 in Lackawanna, PA and was the daughter of the late Clyde and Ruth (Schell) Manes. Anne enjoyed playing bingo.

Anne is survived by her devoted daughters, Sally O’Connor of TN, Coleen Quackenbush of West Haven, Dale Geddes and her husband Charles of Milford, five grandchildren, Thomas Quakenbush, Rebecca Noga, Grace, Dale and Tricia Quackenbush and five great grandchildr, Michael Noga, Timothy and Vita Jordan, Desiree Settles and Xavier Johnson. She also leaves her sisters and brothers, Dale O’Connor, Ruth Forgette, Sandra Manes, Mary Barrett, Kate Gall, Loren Manes, John Manes and Dave McCallister. She was predeceased by her son, James O’Connor, Jr., her daughter, Shelly Peploe and her brother, Mark Manes.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 13th, 2020 at King’s Highway Cemetery, Milford. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted with The Gregory F.
