Obituary: John Rodriques, 63

MILFORD, CT - On Friday, April 10, 2020, John L. Rodrigues, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 63 in Milford, Connecticut were he resided for the last 20 years.

John was born on May 20, 1956 in Pedrario, Portugal to the late Antonio and Gracinda Rodrigues. Prior to his retirement, he spent 30 years in the construction industry as a laborer. On September 12, 1987 he married Maria A. Oliveira. They raised two children, Christopher and Natalie Rodrigues.

John had a passion for soccer and pool. He loved playing and showing off his skills in the many leagues he belonged to over the years. He was known for his personality and contagious smile, which will be missed.

John was preceded in death by his father Antonio and mother Gracinda. He is survived by his wife Maria; his children, Christopher and Natalie; his siblings Maria, Bina, Jamie, Del, and Beth; and his many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Due to the current circumstances we are unable to have a service in his memory. Once restrictions are lifted, the family will conduct a mass in his honor to celebrate his life.
