Objections to Walnut Beach Police Training?

I would like to hear from any neighbours surrounding the now empty Simon Lake School, who have any objections to the police training being carried out in the car park, and on the property of the school.

My irritation centres around the shouting and the drills the recruits are performing. This is their training, ok, but I find it disconcerting of the Mayor, to place police "military" style exercises in a residential neighbourhood, and next to a children's playground.

As far as I know no one around here has been informed about this or asked their opinion... (continue reading)
