The property, formerly owned by 3D Development Partners, LLC in Brentwood, 1N, was represented by Vincent Aicale with Cushman and Wakefield, in Sacramento, CA. The Buyer, LBJ Industries, Inc., was represented by Carl Russell of H. Pearce Commercial in Milford. The Buyer was in search of a quality investment with passive cash-flow and the benefits of long-term property appreciation. Family Dollar has been at the site since 2015, and their lease runs another 11 years. The location is improved with a 9,180 square foot Family Dollar Store. The property is minutes from Interstate 185 which is the primary freeway in the region that connects Columbus to Atlanta, GA. Local retailers include: Walmart, Lowes, Walgreens, Win Dixie, Kohls, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Advance Auto Parts.
