MILFORD, CT - The Geenty Group, Realtors and President Kristin Geenty announce that Cheryl Morris has represented the tenant in the lease of 132 Pepes Farm Road in Milford.

At the Milford location, she represented David Walker and Nick Ansaldi in the lease of 800 sf of open space which they will use as a personal "Maker Space" and an ancillary location for an "Advertising Car Wrap" business and an “Auto Salon” for high-end luxury show vehicles.
