MILFORD, CT ? A hobby became a business idea, and the idea became a reality when Shoreline Pickleball officially opened in Milford.

Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening and ribbon cutting for Shoreline Pickleball on Saturday, Nov. 11.

Shoreline Pickleball is located at 333 Quarry Rd. and is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Brian Malia told Patch they wanted to create a community environment for all ages In May 2023 before they presented their idea of making an indoor pickleball facility to the Planning and Zoning board.

?We want to make this a Milford staple where the Milford community has a place to come and enjoy pickleball all year round,? Malia told Patch.
