MILFORD, CT — A developer is seeking approval for a re-subsdivision and site plan review for a proposed 3-lot subdivision at 48-52 Broadway in Walnut Beach.
Mark J. Spigarolo is the owner, according to an agenda for a meeting.
According to Realtor.com, the property was listed in June 2020 and the asking price then was $599,000 and there is a home on the land currently. The property is currently not on the market.
