Tribus Beer Building Sold, Brewery Will Operate Normally

MILFORD, CT ? Tribus Beer's space has sold, but the brewery will remain online.

The 100 Raton Drive property sold for $1.475 million to YDF CT Holdings LLC Dec. 13, according to New Haven Biz.

Tribus opened in 2018 as the city's first brewery. Dockside and Milford Point also opened within the past several years.

Non-alcoholic Athletic Brewing Company opened a 150,000 square foot facility last year. The company has quickly established itself as one of the country's most popular non-alcoholic brewers.
