Two Milford Residents Arrested After Domestic Disturbance: Police

Milford Police say they responded to a possible domestic violence incident on Nov. 30 at a Windy Hill Road address.

The officer’s investigation led to the arrest of Tracy Lyman, 45, of 6 WIndy Hill Rd. and Kenneth Papcun, 52, of 84 Berwyn St., who are accused of being involved in a physical altercation with each other, according to police.

Both of the accused are charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

They were released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 1.
