Victim Loses $110,000 In Scam: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — An Orlando, Florida man is accused of scamming a resident out of $110,000, Milford police said.

On June 9, Milford police arrested Francis Kabulo, 34, of College Drive, in regard to an active arrest warrant. Kabulo is accused of being involved in phone scamming which resulted in a loss of $110,000 from the victim, police said.

Kabulo is charged with first-degree larceny and bail was set at $50,000, police said.
