1 Killed In New Haven Moped Crash

NEW HAVEN, CT — A man is dead following a collision between a pickup truck and a moped, The New Haven Register reported. The wreck occurred around 11:20 a.m. at the intersection of Grand Avenue and East Street.

The moped operator, a man in his thirties, was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, according to The Register. His identity is being withheld pending notification of his family.
