Vincent Clark, aka "Pudge," was already on parole for a state drug conviction when he was arrested and charged by federal agents Monday.
NEW HAVEN, CT — Federal agents arrested Vincent Clark, 26, of New Haven, Monday charging him with distributing heroin and fentanyl, the U.S. Attorney for Connecticut said.
Known by the street name “Pudge,” Clark, who was already on state parole for a 2019 drug conviction, went before a judge and was ordered held, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Leonard C Boyle and Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration for New England Brian D. Boyle.
As alleged in court documents, between March and May 2021, agents made six controlled buys of what federal prosecutors said were “redistribution quantities” of heroin and fentanyl from Clark.
