Mayor Toni Harp joined husband & wife franchisees for opening of The Learning Experience in New Haven
The Learning Experience®, one of the nation’s fastest-growing Academies of Early Education for children 6 weeks to 6 years old, celebrated with the community to mark the opening of its New Haven center on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 520 Martin Luther King Blvd. in New Haven, Connecticut.
Mayor Toni Harp, City Economic Development Administrator Matthew Nemerson, and 20 other city officials and neighborhood representatives celebrated the opening of the Early Education Academy.
The location in New Haven is owned by Deepash and Shital Patel, husband and wife franchisees who will employ over 30 teachers and staff members to serve upwards of 180 children. The couple now owns two of The Learning Experience’s three locations in Connecticut including the Cromwell location which they’ve operated since 2015.

The Learning Experience’s center in New Haven, just minutes’ walking distance from Yale New Haven Hospital, is now enrolling and has an all-inclusive curriculum and programs including phonics, mathematics, science, foreign language, yoga, and a philanthropy program that teaches children the value of kindness and generosity.
