New Haven Motorcyclist, 33, Killed In Weekend Crash: Police
Jermarvin Brown died as a result of a crash on Whalley Avenue in the early morning hours on Saturday, police said.
NEW HAVEN, CT —At around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, a 33-year-old man driving a Can-Am motorcycle was involved in a crash on Whalley Avenue, between Hubinger Street and Whittlesey Avenue, police said. Police and firefighters responded to the crash scene.
The motorcyclist, Jermarvin Brown, was pronounced dead, according to New Haven police spokesperson officer Scott Shumway.
The driver of the other operator of the other vehicle involved, a Dodge Stratus, was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Shumway said.

The New Haven Police Crash Team is investigating. The cause of the crash is "undetermined at this time," Shumway said.
