Obituary: Theresa M. Brayton, 68, of New Haven
Theresa, a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, served as an elementary school teacher in Australia and North Carolina.
NEW HAVEN, CT- (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Theresa M. Brayton, age 68, of New Haven and formerly of Milford, passed away on April 12, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late Peter and Natalie (Jamniuk) Mieszczanski and was born on October 6, 1952.
Theresa was an elementary school teacher in Australia and North Carolina, however, she was mostly a stay-at-home mom.

Theresa is survived by her two devoted daughters, Laura Brayton and her husband Andrew Thompson of Mountain Lakes, NJ and Gail Perrella and her husband James of Milford, three grandchildren, Ava and Hunter Perrella and Finley Thompson.
She also leaves her two brothers, Paul Mieszczanski and his wife Maria of Alexandria, VA, John Mieszczanski and his wife Diane of Shelton and her sister, Mary Mieszczanski of North Port, FL and nieces, Melissa and Christina and nephew, Peter.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted with the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD.
