Caseus has been reborn as Olmo with upgrades and more food service times.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Popular New Haven restaurant Caseus has been reborn as Olmo. The new restaurant will still be the go-to destination for cheese enthusiasts in the Elm City along with some other offerings.
The restaurant is also offering a "Of the Month Club," a subscription service that offers ingredients and instructions for recipe creation similar to Blue Apron and other services, according to the New Haven Register.
Olmo is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers bagels in the morning, sandwiches and salads for lunch and prepared dinners that are easily reheated, according to its website.
