Popular New Haven Restaurant Transforms With New Name, Menu
Some of the owners are the same, but the menu and restaurant will be different.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Popular New Haven restaurant Caseus Fromagerie & Bistro is being transformed into a new restaurant called Olmo.
Olmo in Italian means Elm, a fitting name for a popular restaurant in the Elm City.
The old Caseus restaurant is in the process of being renovated and Olmo's new menu is set, according to the New Haven Independent.

The menu features $1 housemade bagels for breakfast with dinner options ranging from hand crafted pasta to monkfish fish and chips and dry-aged ribeye. There is also a separate menu for lunch. To sign up for New Haven breaking news alerts and more, click here.
Olmo is set to open Oct. 10.
