2 Major Housing Projects Slated For New London

NEW LONDON, CT — Two large housing projects are under development in New London, according to The Day. One is a 203-unit building at Howard and Hamilton streets that will have a host of amenities and be geared at executives and Electric Boat employees.

The other is a 64-unit affordable housing project that will be across from the entrance to New London Mall on Bayonet Street. Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities is gathering $7 million in funding needed for the first phase of the project, The Day reported.
