Businesses not complying with govenors orders

To whom it may concern,

On approximately 9-20-20 I sent an email to the governor about businesses not complying with his executive orders. The businesses still to this date are still not complying and some kind of action should be taken I have also sent a complaint online on the coronavirus page from 211 I believe. They should get some kind of fine for not complying or be shut down for a certain amount of time. When I did the complaint online it said local law enforcement would be the best to handle the issues. I called East Lyme police and was told by the dispatcher they are not going to enforce it as it isnt a law and said if you don't feel comfortable then don't go in the business but if you are wearing a mask you are safe. The whole point of the mask policy is to stop the spread. The people not wearing masks are potentially spreading the virus and we will never stop wearing masks. Everyone needs to take this seriously!!!

Cory's Foodmart & Niantic star gas station 263 Flanders Rd Niantic CT 06357. I couldn"t find a working phone # for them. None of there employees are wearing a mask when they are working also they don't make customers wear a mask when entering the store. The owner "Mark" said they don't have to wear masks as they are be hind the plexiglass. I told him that is incorrect.

Sully's mobil 382 Vauxhall St New London CT 06320 phone # 860-443-5938. I called New London police after I did complaint online and they said they would look into it. They have a sign outside saying a mask must be worn in the store. The day I was in there a few customers didn't have a mask on and the worker whose name I believe was Scott never said anything to the customers while they were in the store. Why have a sign if not going to enforce it??

Also another thing why are bars open I recall that bars are still closed. The last update from the governor about phase 3 opening in Oct said that bars are still closed indefinitely. The bars that are open should get a fine and be forced to close down for opening illegally against the governor's orders. The bars that I have seen open are listed below. Are they maybe open. If they are serving food? But are customers allowed to sit at the bar? I have since been told that people can sit at the bar as long as they are eating a meal.
