Cyclist Injured In New London Crash
A cyclist was injured in a Monday afternoon wreck.
NEW LONDON, CT — A cyclist was injured in a Monday afternoon crash in New London, according to police. The wreck involved a car and a bicycle and occurred at 3:49 p.m. in the area of Montauk Avenue and Willetts Avenue.
The cyclist was transported to L+M Hospital by ambulance for further medical care. The area of the accident was secured and police accident reconstructionists responded to investigate.
The accident investigation remains active.
