Man Charged In New London Road Rage Incident
A man is facing charges after police say he used racial slurs and displayed a knife in a road rage incident.
NEW LONDON, CT — A man was charged in a road rage incident Tuesday evening, according to police. At about 5:50 p.m., officers responded to a call reporting threats at 627 Broad St.
The report was for a road rage incident that involved drivers of two cars pulling into a parking lot. One of the drivers left his car and began yelling threats, obscenities, and racial slurs at the other driver while displaying a large knife.
Tracy Delillo, 58, of Montville, was charged with second-degree intimidation based on bigotry or bias, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Police recovered two knives at the scene. Delillo was held on $50,000 bond.
