New London Man Arrested On Drug Charges
Police arrested a man who they say was in possession of crack cocaine and fentanyl.
NEW LONDON, CT — A New London man was arrested on drug charges Friday, according to police. Patrick Hairston, 51, of 55 Prest St. apt. 1, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
According to police, officers were conducting a quality of life patrol Friday morning to address reports of drug activity in the area of 406 Colman St. Hairston was arrested on three active warrants.
During the arrest, police found and seized approximately 1.6 grams of crack cocaine and 151 glassine bags of fentanyl, approximately 33 grams.
