New London Parking Auth. Begins Improvements to Water St. Garage

New London, CT (March 22, 2018) - Barring any weather delays, the New London Parking Authority will begin improvements to the Water Street Garage ("WSG") beginning Monday, March 26th, 2018. A variety of improvements and repairs are scheduled for the parking structure, including stairwells, entrances, and exits. The Citizen Bank Building Bridge, drainage system and ingress/egress control systems ("PARCS") will also be undergoing reparations.

● The Atlantic Street entrance will be closed during the repairs. Patrons can use the Water Street entrance for ingress into the parking structure.

● The right lane exit to Water Street will continue to serve all patrons with access cards, cash, credit cards or validated tickets.

● The left lane exit to Water Street will be closed initially. Patrons with access cards can use the middle exit for egress to Water Street.

The improvements and/or repairs are expected to be completed by Tuesday, May 15th, 2018.
