New London Police Investigate Shots Fired Call

NEW LONDON, CT — Police are investigating following a report of shots fired in the area of Ocean Avenue and Lee Avenue. The call came in to emergency services at 12:29 a.m. Saturday.

Police said they found spent casings in the area. No injuries were reported. The incident does not appear to be a random act.
