New London School Bus Crashes Into Utility Pole: Police
A New London school bus carrying students and adults struck a utility pole Tuesday afternoon. No injuries were reported.
NEW LONDON, CT — Police are recommending drivers stay away from Lower Boulevard between Crocker and Lester Street. Emergency personnel are there due to a school bus crashing into a utility pole at 3:19 p.m. at 37 Lower Blvd.
New London police said the bus was occupied with about seven students and two adults. No injuries were reported.
Eversource responded to the crash as well and ensure that power source was "not a factor at location," according to a police statement.
