Ansonia resident hits for $30k on winning scratch-off ticket.
DERBY, CT - An Ansonia resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Derby earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 24, Scott Foster, of Ansonia, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Reliable Mini Mart in Derby and won $30,000.
