Health Inspector Accused Of Groping Shelton Waitress: Police
Hamden resident Pran Gjeloshi was arrested on a warrant by Shelton police on Thursday.

SHELTON, CT — A 61-year-old registered sanitarian with the Naugatuck Valley Health District was arrested on a warrant Thursday charging him with sexual assault after police said he groped a 19-year-old waitress at a Shelton restaurant.
Hamden resident Pran Gjeloshi was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, and was released after posting bond on bail of $5,000.
Shelton police did not disclose the name of the restaurant, but said that the waitress claimed that while she was working, Gjeloshi "touched [her] inappropriately and made unwanted advances toward her." Gjeloshi was in the midst of a "routine inspection of the restaurant" at the time.
