Fountain Square Development Not In Financial Peril: Manager

A construction manager for the project said rumors that tenants are fleeing the coming development aren't true.

SHELTON, CT — Fountain Square developers have lease agreements for 70 percent of the total available space at the project.

Construction Manager Daniel Witkins Sr. said rumors that there are financial issues are false, according to the Shelton Herald.

Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, Jersey Mike's Subs and several other restaurants and businesses have signed up to become tenants.
