Hops Company Details New Improvement Proposal

DERBY, CT — The Hops Company is going to try again to make some proposed improvements to its property after a proposal was shot down by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

THC is now proposing a modification to the site plan, which won't include an expansion to the building or the parking lot, according to the Connecticut Post.

Some neighbors complained with THC's last proposal that would've added 55 parking spaces and made other improvements. Some nearby neighbors have to contend with filled street parking, especially on the weekend's due to the beer garden's popularity.
