Huntington Village Proposal Approved

The proposal had gone through several iterations and legal battles before getting final approval.

SHELTON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the 16 single-family Huntington Village development at its Wednesday meeting.

The project was initially denied by the commission in 2018 when it called for 20 homes, according to the Shelton Herald.

Proposals for the plot of land behind Huntington Congregation Church have been through several iterations and court battles.
