SHELTON, CT—The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection announced there would be no swimming at Indian Well State Park in Shelton Tuesday.
The park's swimming area was closed due to high bacteria levels, according to DEEP.
Other parks that are closed to swimmers Tuesday include Silver Sands in Milford, Kettletown in Southbury, Wadsworth Falls in Middlefield and Wharton Brook in Wallingford.
