A Walnut Avenue man who allegedly dumped his large blue recycling container on the ground at a gas station was later charged with DUI.
Dillan Allan Gold, 21, allegedly dumped his blue bin at a gas station at 99 Bridgeport Avenue and fled. But he was stopped a short distance away, police said.
Gold's bond was set at $2,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
