LiveWire Sound And Image Leaving Shelton For Stratford

Via Vidal/Wettenstein LLC: STRATFORD, CT — It was announced Tuesday that 740 Woodend Road in Stratford has been leased to a Shelton-based company. LiveWire Sound and Image will be relocating to the building in mid-January. LiveWire is a full-service design and build firm specializing in audio-video systems of all sizes for churches, professional production facilities, schools and businesses in the corporate sector.

The building is a single story block and steel structure, located in the middle of the industrial section of Stratford. LiveWire plans on modifying the space to its specific needs.

Randy Vidal represented the owner and Bruce Wettenstein represented the tenant. Both work for commercial real estate services firm Vidal/Wettenstein.
