New Co-Anchoring Assignment For WTNH-TV's Dennis House

You can now catch Dennis House and co-anchor Ann Nyberg at 6 p.m.

CONNECTICUT — You can now catch two of Connecticut's most popular news anchors at 6 p.m.

WTNH-TV's Dennis House, and co-anchor Ann Nyberg, moved into the new time slot on News 8 this week, The Laurel reported.

The new assignment resulted in Darren Kramer, who had been on at 6, moving to an earlier time slot and again at 11 p.m.

House, the veteran newsman who worked at WFSB-TV for more than 20 years, joined WTNH in January, initially as the station's chief political anchor.

The past year has been an eventful one for House, who left WFSB last September, and was slated to start a visiting fellow position at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford in January.

House and his wife, WFSB's Kara Sundlun, also contracted the coronavirus in December.
