SHELTON, CT - Charles Patrick Wilson, 70, of Shelton, entered into eternal rest on April 6, 2020.
Born on March 17, 1950 in Lynn, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Merwin and Viva Wilson.

Charles worked many years in the restaurant business. He also was a tractor-trailer driver making runs between Albany New York and New York City. A lover of art, he frequented many art galleries, and had an extensive art book collection. He loved gardening and planted many beautiful gardens in some of the places he lived. Charles asked Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Savior last year and he is now resting in Him.
Charles leaves behind his sisters, Marilyn Culver and Barbara Ann (Richard) Curtis; nieces and nephews, Richard Culver, Sarah Davis, Becky Chapell, and Daniel Curtis; great nieces and nephews, Owen Culver, Hannah Culver, Natalie Chapell; and extended family members. He is predeceased by his brother-in-law, Russell Culver.

All services will be private. The family is being compassionately cared for by the staff at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street Milford, CT 06460. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Love a Child (an orphanage in Haiti) at P.O. Box 60063, Fort Myers, FL 33906-6063.
